You can also get good quality protein from powder-form products. Just don’t go for soy. Go and get pea powder instead and mix it with rice. This combination yields a rich amount of amino acids that help you build muscle fast and easy.
Remember to balance your diet for best effects. Always look to get all important nutrients by mixing and matching healthy food. Avoid oily foods and hydrate yourself well.
