Low Fat High Protein Recipes for your Diet

Eating foods with low fat can be hard for some people. However, you should know that there are lots of low fat high protein recipes available for you out there that can help you manage your diet easily. A diet with low fat and high protein can provide you with lots of benefits. For one, it can help reduce your daily calorie intake and it can also provide your body the nutrients it needs to stay healthy and strong.   • Procedure: sauté the green onions in a pan. Cut the salmon into small cubes, at least one inch in size, and sprinkle it with salt and pepper. Mix all of it well until coated with teriyaki sauce evenly.

Blueberry Bread Pudding

  • Ingredients: 8 slices of bread, 1 cup of blueberries, 2 cups of skim milk, ¼ tsp. of cinnamon, 1 cup of egg white, 1/3 cup of granulated sugar and 1 tsp. of vanilla extract.
  • Procedure: preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cut the bread into cubes and then place it at the bottom of a baking dish. Sprinkle the bread cubes with blueberries on top and then set aside. Get a bowl and combine the rest of the ingredients, pour it into the mixture pan with the blueberries and bread. Set the smaller pan in a larger pan with 1.5 inches of water. Bake this at 350 degrees for at least an hour or you may try inserting a knife into it and see if it comes out clean.
