Getting Fit The Easy Way

The two main components of getting fit and reshaping your body are changing what and how often you eat and how you exercise. It is so inspiring when you see someone who was morbidly obese at one point in time and how they have changed the entire shape of their body to the point they look slim and toned and gorgeous. So here it is from now on you eat only from these groups of food;

  1. lean cuts of meat like chicken (no skin), lamb cutlets, fillet steak, salmon or tuna
  2. vegetables or fruit the ratio is 5:2 per day
  3. wholegrain cereals like rolled oats (porridge) for breakfast
  4. free range eggs and low fat dairy
  5. legumes and nuts (maximum of a small handful unsalted please)

If it has saturated fats or is high in sugar is overly processed you are going to be avoiding it in favour of the new you! Get started on your interval training routine this has much better results than walking at one pace for 30 minutes. Do your interval training one day and another exercise the next, then back to interval and so on. When you get to the weekend just include some naturalise exercise that allows you to still be moving your body about in a non-formalised way.

If it is a challenge for you to get out to exercise I would encourge you to think about leasing gym equipment. You can take advantage of your available time despite the time or weather conditions or without organising a baby sitter.
