Does It hurts to Lose Weight?

There are thousands of products that offer fantastic benefits of the best way to lose weight  to their customers: “Lose weight fast!”, “Lose your belly without pain”,”Burn your kilinhos extras in just one month!”and much worse. Worse? You may ask. Yes, unfortunately all of these products are fake. The truth is that it is impossible to lose weight without pain, even if only a little.

What happens is quite simple: a muscle to grow, it needs to be stimulated. And the fat is burned, an above-normal effort needs to be done. No muscle will grow no pressure and no fat will be burned if your body does not realize (through exercises to lose belly) that this is the right thing to do.

There are techniques to lose weight in no time. But these techniques work very well although they are not unhealthy. All of them are to lose their weight in water, not fat. There are reports of people (well trained) that lost up to 15kg (water) in 4 weeks. This process does not hurt but is not real, you’re dehydrated and need one hour to restore any lost fluids, such as this, the weight will come back.

So the most you can do is spend money on placebo pills and other junk pseudo-medicinal or else risk losing their health net important to their well being.

To conclude, I say: can not lose belly without pain! The process hurts, at least a little! It is difficult, takes time, requires effort but in the end, it pays too much. The decision you must make now is: “Should I keep fooling myself when trying to lose weight without pain or effort or is it time for me to go to the fight to treat my body as it really deserves?”
