Quick Weight Loss – Here’s how it’s done
What is the best type of food to lose weight?
What if I told you, I could buy a pill for an answer on how to lose weight in 2 weeks, but you have a 85% of heart disease in 15
years if you take the pill.
Unfortunately, many of us would. We want to lose weight, and we want to lose weight quickly. Damn the consequences.
The good news for those who want to lose weight quickly is that it is definitely possible. It can cause devastating effect on the
metabolism and the rest of health, but if one of the many starvation diets out there today, you can lose an ungodly amount of
weight in a very short time.
You could say: “I so hate a lot of fat, I just want it gone as soon as possible.” Well, this creates a whole new monster. This
monster not use just gone in a week or two, no matter what type of starvation diet you pertake. Why not?
Now, according to most experts, a healthy weight loss goal to is about to shoot for about 1% of current body weight per week. So
if you weight 200 pounds, lose 2 pounds a week could be considered healthy.
It would be as fat. This same weight loss experts say that if you lose more than 1% of body weight per week, you’re really not
losing fat. You’re burning muscle. That is exactly what you do not want. Why not?
Since your metabolism is directly linked to the ratio of muscle to fat in your body. The less muscle you have, the more fat and
your metabolism takes a nose dive.
Yes, you could weigh less, but in fact you’re fat. Your skin is loose and you do not have the energy you once had. You are
unhealthy. You feel worse than you, if you were fat.
With healthy weight loss, moderation is definitely the key. Why? If you do not cut enough calories from your diet you will lose
nothing, but if you cut too much, you will not stay with your diet. This brings me to another point.
When considering a new food or diet, it is important that you wonder if you could stay on this diet forever. If you do not it’s
probably not right for you.
It is important to remember that a diet should not be a temporary change in behavior, but a permanent change in lifestyle to be.
This does not grant, however, you must have your favorite food or something. In fact, if you feel deprived of your diet, you
should have a different diet, one that is not so strict.
In this context, the word “fast” is very relative. I would never advise someone of 15 or 20 pounds in a week to lose. Yes, I’ve
seen it done and I’ve also seen people quite ill. And all the people I’ve seen to lose weight, which quickly lose every single one
of them, all of it gained back plus some in one year.
