We all understand that having a lot of belly fat generally is a problem. The book has been analyzed everywhere we look and we wanted to find out if its contents were really better than anything else online, so we decided to take a closer look at it.
You can buy the book at a “regular” book selling internet site like Barnes and Noble, Borders and on Amazon.com. This is a great signal because it adds legitimacy to the venture. It also makes it more worth buying because you won’t have to worry about a bunch of affiliates offering overly inflated reviews to make sure that they earn lots of commissions even if the book isn’t helpful. The book is also composed by Travis Stork. You might recall him from the show “The Bachelor” or maybe identify him as one of the doctors on the syndicated daytime show “The Doctors.” Obviously, however, he’s more than a tv persona. He is a true doctor who works in an emergency room at a legitimate hospital.
The book was created in order to promote his Pick 3 to Lean program. The Pick 3 to Lean plan makes it possible to customize your diet and lifestyle habits but isn’t going to require you to spend hours and hours working out a gym. This program claims that you will be able to shed pounds and never have to abstain from any of the things you like the most (food, free time, etc). The approach centers on the theory of N.E.A.T, or Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis. This is a theory that states that you can burn calories and never have to do lots of exercise.
From what we can tell, this book creates an awful lot of claims but doesn’t deliver any innovative or revelatory information. Simply put, this guide doesn’t seem to provide you with anything that you will not discover by doing a couple of Google searches and using your common sense. It will probably be very disappointing for those who were in search of a real reason behind the instructions the book gives. The book doesn’t delve into theory a lot. It only gives readers a variety of guidelines and plans and tells them to follow them. If you’re someone who enjoys being given clear cut plans but doesn’t want to have to be concerned about the whys of what you are doing, this could be a good book for you.
Traditional logic shows us that the only real way to lose weight is to take in good food and get regular exercise. This book defies that kind of common sense so we don’t actually know whether or not it is going to work as well as it promises to. However, in this era, with a doctor’s blessing (your own doctor, not the author of the book), anything at all is worth at least a cursory glance!
There are usually all sorts of factors that obtaining a weight loss buddy is a good idea. Remember: it’s more difficult to stay on track when you think you are taking the journey alone.
