Tips to stay in shape
Getting ready for a fitness event requires training, and the harder the event is the more training you will need. For most of us we don’t do any events anymore and all we can do is workout for our health. When I started working out I tried to just stay in shape but couldn’t keep to my workout routines because I had no goals that I seemed to really care about. Not that my good health wasn’t a goal I wanted but I grew up playing sports and I had to set my sights on something. So I do now is train for special events in my area, forĀ instanceĀ I have a half marathon coming up in a couple of weeks. Its not up my ally but I’m going to try my hardest to get in the best shape I can. And at the same time its also for a charity event. That’s my secret to weight loss and how to stay in shape.
I also workout my upper body to keep it toned and built as much as possible, fitness equipment plays a big part in doing that. You can find pretty cheap fitness equipment online and at local stores and garage sales. You need to workout your upper body at least three times a week if you want to keep building muscle or stay toned. For cardio if your not trying to workout for an event you need to still run as much as possible. Running a mile six times a week will suffice but if you could build up to three miles a day for six times a week that would be perfect. You also need fitness equipment to keep your upper body in shape and a pull up bar would do just that. It can even workout your core muscles.
